Free comment box

What is the best, and free solution for comment boxes ?
My site is a weebly one, and I need to put commenting system for each post.

Disqus is too heavy for me...

Yes, disqus is a real pain, and it places their footers.

HTMLCOMMENTBOX.com is a good solution, but their box is less-configurable, and really looking odd. However it's the easiest solution I've ever got.
